Packaging
Our coffee beans are carefully packed in box bottom coffee bags with valves and special zip called “rippa zippa” and then dispatched in Australia Post satchels.
Delivery time
Our standard shipping option is with Australia Post and advise for 3-7 business days for delivery.
We offer express shipping which is guaranteed 1-3 business days for delivery and this service is also through Australia Post.

Delivery
Delivery charges are additional to the price of the product and are calculated automatically once you have specified your total online order prior to check out. As we strive to keep costs reasonable for our customers, we do not charge any additional handling fees.
Dispatch
Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours from receiving payment. We will endeavour to keep our site up to date with current stock, however should there be an issue with your order you will be contacted promptly.
